As an intern in this role, you’ll focus on leveraging existing AI tools to optimize business processes and enhance productivity. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to identify improvement opportunities, evaluate applications of AI, and recommend enhancements that make our operations more effective.

  • Use data-driven techniques and AI-enabled tools to identify and propose effective process improvements.

AI Tool Application & Enablement

  • Apply existing AI tools—such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI services—to streamline work, automate routine tasks, and enhance decision-making.
  • Explore practical use cases where these tools can be integrated into existing processes to improve quality, efficiency, or compliance.
  • Create simple guidance or demos for peers on effective tool usage when appropriate.

Shadowing & Mentorship

  • Learn from experienced engineers and data scientists about AI use in regulated environments.
  • Gain exposure to real-world AI integration efforts, including evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Keep detailed records of tool applications, process improvement initiatives, and their outcomes.
  • Translate findings into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Research & Experimentation

  • Stay current with trends in AI, automation, and process optimization.
  • Recommend relevant ideas for future exploration or pilot projects based on your findings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders from product management, engineering, and compliance to ensure AI initiatives align with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated (within 6 months) from a bachelor’s or master’s program in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience or familiarity with using ChatGPT (or other GPT-based agents) for AI-driven productivity.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and its use within applications like Word, Excel, or Teams.
  • Basic understanding of Azure AI or OpenAI services, including how they are used in enterprise settings.
  • Curiosity to explore no-code or low-code tools that accelerate AI adoption.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and interest in data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to evaluate tool effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work collaboratively.

Passion for AI & Innovation:

  • Interest in how AI can drive efficiency and innovation in the workplace.
  • Eagerness to explore real-world applications of advanced technologies.

Why Join Us

  • Hands-On Experience: Contribute to real-world AI enablement projects that improve how we work.
