Cardiac Anesthesiologist – Partnership Track – 3 on / 1 off – SC Near NC

Role Overview:
Join a physician-owned group with a partnership opportunity, providing care across two hospitals near Charlotte, NC. This team-centered group offers a balanced mix of advanced cardiac cases, general anesthesia, and leadership opportunities while maintaining excellent work-life balance with 13 weeks off annually.

Highlights:

• Opportunity to join a well established group as a partner
• Flexible Schedule: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
• Cardiac Focus: 1 week a month seeing general cases as well
• Earning Potential: Ownership, Base plus up to $90K annually in optional overtime.
