Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Aurora, Colorado.

Job Summary

• Position : RN – Level IV NICU
• Location : Anschutz Medical Campus
• Unit : Level IV NICU (82 beds)
• Assignment Length : 13 weeks
• Start Date : On or before 8/19/2025
• Shift : Night (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Rate : $105/hour (travelers), $94.50/hour (locals)
• Radius Rule : 50 miles

Requirements

• Experience :
  • Minimum : 2 years Level IV NICU
  • Required : Teaching hospital experience
  • Preferred : Travel RN and/or PICU experience
• Education :
  • BSN required
  • Will consider ADN with 8+ years Level IV NICU in teaching/children's hospital
• Certifications :
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • PALS

Floating

• Primary Float : Within NICU
• Possible Float Units :
  • Acute care (Levels 6, 8, 9)
  • PICU or CICU (patients under 3 years old only)
• Distance Limit : 35 miles from original facility

Scheduling

• Weekends : Every other (Fri/Sat/Sun nights)
• On-Call : None
• Holidays : Required to work night before OR night of Labor Day
• RTO Limits :
  • No time off in first 2 weeks
  • Max 10 days off during full contract

Hiring Process

• Interview : Mandatory phone call – be available when submitted
• Best Fit : Confident, experienced NICU nurses. New travelers welcome.
