Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - CCC

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional services in a remote capacity for a K-12 school setting in New Castle, DE. This contract position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students with language disabilities achieve their full potential while working flexibly from the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses for students with speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
Provide direct therapy services to students, primarily at the high school level, focusing on language-based disabilities.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals and facilitate a conducive learning environment.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Participate in monthly consultations and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
State licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience working with high school students, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively through virtual platforms.
