About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to support our growing marketing team. This is a junior-to-mid-level role ideal for someone who thrives in both content creation and execution. You'll manage and grow our social presence across multiple business units, help develop and execute content strategies, and bring our brand voice to life across platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own day-to-day execution of social content across Amaze, Spring, and other brand accounts
  • Help ideate and create engaging short-form video content weekly — including appearing on camera when needed
  • Record, edit, and publish platform-native content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social efforts with campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms and business units
  • Actively monitor social trends, audio, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and adjust content strategies for growth and engagement
  • Schedule posts, manage content calendars, and lead real-time engagement to foster strong community interaction
  • Contribute to audience growth strategies and help build vibrant, loyal social communities

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in tech, creator economy, or lifestyle brands
  • Comfortable filming and appearing in front of the camera
  • Strong understanding of how to grow social followings and build engaged communities
  • Ability to create high-performing, platform-native content that drives engagement and reach
  • Familiarity with viral trends, platform updates, and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and beyond
  • Basic video editing and graphic creation skills (Reels/TikTok native tools, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or brand voices simultaneously
  • A sharp eye for detail, aesthetic, and storytelling
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bonus: Experience in ecommerce, creator tools, or DTC brands
