Job Description

The Room Attendant is to clean and maintain the value of 14 rooms in Pep Tower, and 11 rooms in Tuscan Tower per 7-hour shift while maintaining established quality standards.

Duties:

• Clean and maintain Hotel rooms at established quality standards.
• Follow all departmental and safety procedures.
• Promote positive guest relations and promptly attend to our guests’ needs.
• Report any maintenance problems observed immediately.
• Support the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.
• Adhere to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct.

Qualifications:

• Experience preferred, however, not required.

• Ability to communicate in English preferred, however, not required.
