1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Our Growth Marketing team is building a best in class acquisition engine as we seek to improve access to mental health care. We are looking for an outcome-oriented digital marketer to support crucial paid marketing projects across our entire growth marketing portfolio. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience launching and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, has a strong eye for visual and written creative, and always has new ideas to test to drive business impact.

You Will:

  • Design and launch paid marketing experiments and campaigns at scale
  • Partner with our channels leads to ensure we hit our monthly cost and volume goals for paid search, paid social
  • Maintain an ongoing roadmap of creative, messaging, targeting and bid optimization tests to run to continuously pursue growth for the organization
  • Support in the development of new landing pages and digital touch points to supplement the customer journey of your acquisition campaigns
  • Experiment with new ad tools and placements
  • Support our brand marketing efforts and serve as the subject matter expert over time
  • Deliver reporting, insights and forecasts that measures channel performance on a daily through annual basis
  • Partner with internal teams (design, content, revenue operations, product marketing, marketing analytics) to strengthen the efficacy of our performance marketing programs
  • Stay on top of the always-evolving digital marketing landscape, from industry news to emerging AI technology, with an emphasis on the quickly evolving and mass impacting HIPAA regulations

You’d be a great fit for the role if:

  • You have 2-4 years working on impactful growth marketing campaigns in channels such as: Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and beyond, ideally in B2B environments
  • You are highly curious – you strive to understand how each lever contributes to channel success, and always have new ideas to test
  • You are highly detailed and process-oriented – you never miss a deadline and can keep tasks organized well
  • You are data-driven – you love to dig into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities
  • You have high critical thinking skills with a strong bias towards action
  • You have experience working in-house at high-growth tech companies or agency experience with relevant sector projects a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected base pay range for this position is $84,320 – $124,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
