A newly relocated couple based in Presidio Heights, San Francisco, with college-age children, is seeking a resourceful, meticulous, and poised Personal Assistant to join their new staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills, along with outstanding time management and administrative abilities. The principals are looking for someone who currently resides in San Francisco, enjoys providing gracious support, and demonstrates a flexible and patient mindset. This is a fast-paced role, so flexibility is paramount. Primary responsibilities include gift buying, coordinating the couple's calendars and complex schedules in collaboration with the Executive Assistant, maintaining and improving existing databases, and running errands. If you have a love for fashion and fine clothing, that is a significant plus. The couple travels frequently, and professional experience in packing is essential. The candidate will coordinate with a stylist in LA to create a seamless process for outfit selection and packing. Qualifications: At least five years of hands-on support experience in private service or as a personal assistant. Great attention to detail; proactive and highly discreet. Superior technology skills with both PC and Mac. Valid driver's license and familiarity with city driving. Highly organized and focused. A strong work ethic and high level of grit. The ability to travel with the family as needed. Excellent references from previous employers. Up-to-date knowledge of trends in skincare, gifting, and restaurants. Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, but open to Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am–7 pm, with flexibility for weekends and some evenings.
