The Operations Instructor at Constellation designs, implements, and evaluates nuclear licensed operations training programs to enhance personnel performance at the Clean Energy Center. They ensure training content remains current with regulatory requirements and industry reports, while preparing and assessing trainees across various learning environments. The role also involves supporting business initiatives, audits, emergency preparedness, and maintaining training records.

Expected salary range of $106,200 to $118,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
