Job Description

The Addressable Revenue Analytics Team, a subset of the Revenue & Yield Management Team, primarily manages the DTCs (Hulu & Disney+) reporting suite, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, as well as key planning processes such as Annual Budgets, Forecasts, and Long-Range Planning. Our goal is to drive monetization by leveraging data to develop sales strategies and communicate these strategies across the organization. The team interacts regularly with Sales, Pricing & Planning, Operations, Finance, and Inventory/Yield Analytics.

Disney’s Addressable Ad Analytics team is seeking a Manager of Revenue Analytics to join our Ad Sales team. As a Revenue Analytics Manager, you will oversee the forecast and analysis of the DTC Ad Sales portfolio, facilitating strategic decision-making. This role involves driving requirements, evaluating scenarios, and implementing scalable reporting solutions to measure performance against business goals.

What You Will Do

1. Lead valuations and demand forecasts: Collaborate with Finance to ensure consistent application within financial plans. Analyze macro-level scenarios to evaluate solutions and communicate results to senior sales leadership.
2. Manage analysts: Oversee teams responsible for revenue analytics, fostering learning and growth opportunities.
3. Develop reporting requirements: Drive data collection and consolidation needs, establish uniform KPIs for real-time risk and opportunity assessment.
4. Innovate reporting: Create new reports based on evolving DTC business needs.
5. Oversee internal reporting: Manage distribution and communication of reports across the Sales organization, ensuring data accuracy and insightful analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Minimum 5 years in digital media with a focus on revenue reporting and management; at least 2 years in a management role.
2. Proficiency with ad serving and management tools (e.g., Operative One, MicroStrategy, Salesforce).
3. Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills; capable of leading projects and cross-departmental solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree

The salary range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $124,900 to $152,500 annually, with compensation influenced by experience, skills, and location. Benefits include bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive health and financial benefits.
