Full job description Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Zionsville West Carmel established upscale spas, are looking to hire 2 dedicated and enthusiastic licensed estheticians. Become part of a highly experienced team of estheticians with a strong base of return clientele. We are looking for team players with a desire to learn new modalities and are eager to grow with our comprehensive continuing education program. We offer multiple avenues for bonuses, promotions and growth. We also offer excellent compensation and extensive benefits.
Numerous modalities and skin care techniques offered including; Diamond Glow Dermalinfusion, Chemical Peels, Nanoneedling, LED lighting, Microdermabrasion and full-body and facial waxing. Three product lines; Dermalogica, Clarity Rx and Image.

Primary responsibilities include: - Performing professional, high-quality facial dermalinfusion, cryoskin, peels, LED, microdermabrasion treatments.
- Tailoring product suggestions to customer's individual needs.
- Educating clients on the benefits of facials as part of their overall wellness program.
- Attracting and retaining clientele.
- Suggestive selling of our proprietary product line.
Esthetician Requirements: - Must be a Licensed Esthetician in the state of Indiana.
- Our primary focus is to select and hire applicants who have an engaging and outgoing personality. It has been our experience that our clients need to have a connection with their esthetician.
- Weekends and Mid-Shift* Customers demand service on weekends and throughout the day.

*ATTENTION APPLICANTS*- This position is goal oriented and performance based. You must be an esthetician who earns their customers trust and exceeds expectations. You will be required to sell facial products and spa memberships. Successful experience is preferred.
