We’re currently seeking a Charity Event Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about giving back, excited by event work, and eager to build experience in nonprofit promotions and community engagement.
Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of charity and fundraising events
Engage with event attendees to educate them about our nonprofit partners and their missions
Represent charitable causes in a positive, energetic, and professional manner
Distribute materials, answer questions, and help encourage donations or sign-ups
Track attendee feedback and event performance data
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful events
Help brainstorm creative outreach strategies to boost community involvement
Passionate about helping others and supporting nonprofit work
Outgoing and confident in interacting with the public
Reliable, organized, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous customer-facing experience is a plus—but not required
