Job Description

Are you a customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We're seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team and provide exceptional support to patients and caregivers.

What You'll Do:
Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist patients and caregivers with inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.
Direct patient requests to the appropriate clinical staff in a timely manner.
Accurately enter and update patient information in the electronic health records (EHR) system.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the Call Center Team Lead or Manager as needed.
Stay informed about provider schedules, clinic updates, and office protocols.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in medical office administration preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and resolve issues.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance processes, and medical billing is a plus.
Experience with medical scheduling and billing systems preferred.
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficiency in electronic record systems and strong data entry skills (minimum typing speed of 45 WPM).
